What GAINZO processes

GAINZO processes account information, item photographs, inventory and transaction records, marketplace evidence and limited product-usage data needed to provide reseller decision intelligence.

Images and AI

Item photographs and sale screenshots are stored in private user-scoped storage. Images may be sent to configured AI processing services only to perform requested features such as item identification or sale-detail extraction. Screenshot extraction cannot create a financial sale record without user confirmation.

Security and sharing

GAINZO does not make private inventory or media public. Data may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, storage, AI, payment and marketplace providers only as needed to operate configured features.

Your data rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal data. Authenticated users can submit access/export and deletion requests through the in-app support workflow.
